Sometimes you need more than one-off advice. As experienced business owners ourselves, as well as qualified solicitors, we are often asked to come in to businesses as they start, but also as they plan an exit or try to avoid becoming embroiled in a dispute.
We now offer legal advice on a monthly subscription basis. This usually involves:
- Attending meetings once or twice per month, or as needed.
- Working closely with you on ongoing legal and business matters.
- Helping manage disputes and manage your relationships with external solicitors, saving costs and management time.
- Acting as in-house counsel and assisting with preparation of legal documents.
The concept is simple. You receive an in-house legal service, as much or as little as you need, without having to recruit a permanent in-house solicitor.
On top of this, one of the driving forces of The Law Collective is the aim to be there for our clients so that they can be proactive with their decision-making. So if you need to pick up the phone or ping over a quick email question while you’re a client of ours, just do it. No charge.
Our subscription fees are market-leading and are fixed at £95 per hour (with a minimum block of three hours per month). For subscription customers, we will also provide ongoing legal services at this reduced rate.
