Recent work includes:
- Assisting with a payment dispute for a long-established business. We prepared correspondence, sent out in the business’ name, and our assistance enabled payment to be received promptly.
- Contract review for a franchisee. We prepared advice regarding the key terms of the franchise agreement and the implications for the franchisee both personally and professionally.
- Drafting privacy policies under the GDPR.
- Advising a recruitment consultancy in relation to allegations of poor practice which a former client used to avoid payment. We engaged in early correspondence and then assisted with instructing solicitors, counsel and successfully settling the matter at mediation, obtaining full payment and costs.
